Horse Worming Rotation

I currently use Promectin Plus to worm my horse, what should I use to rotate with and how often should I rotate wormers?

Promectin Plus horse wormer is a Abamectin & Praziquantel based wormer. As it is “mectin” based I would suggest rotating with Strategy T which is a combination of Oxfendazole and Pyrantel
