What is the most economical way for me to worm an entire horse stud, of approximately 60 adult horses, 20 weanlings and 20+ foals on the way?

One of the cheapest ways to worm a large number of horses would be using Ultramax Equine Liquid for Horses or if you prefer a paste the Equine RAZOR Wormer is a cheap yet effective option as each tube has enough to dose two adult horses.
