I woke up this morning to my cat (7 month old) crying on my pillow and as I went to pat her I got a patch of bloody mucus that’s coming out of her pee hole. She has been very quiet for the last two days, hasn’t really moved about or been outside. Someone had told me that cats go on heat as well but I wasn’t quite sure.
The blood itself is not coming out when she pees, it’s just dripping out but there is quite a lot of mucus aswell, I wasn’t sure if she was pregnant or not but she has no milk.
I think it would be best if you take your cat to see a veterinarian for a check up so the cause of the bleeding can be properly diagnosed.
I hope it is as simple as her being in season.
