Dog Urine Removal

My mum had an incontinent bull mastiff that spent most of his time in a downstairs room with a tiled floor. Although the dog isn’t there any more, the smell certainly is. It seems as though the odour has penetrated the grout. I noticed that you have quite a few odour reducing products for sale but is there one in particular that you can recommend? Have already tried the traditional vinegar and baking soda and such with no real results.

I would suggest trying a product that has been specifically designed to remove urine odours and stains. We have a number of odour and stain removal products available.

Urine Off Odour & Stain Remover for Dogs & Puppies is a very popular and effective product for odour removal as it is a bio-enzymatic product designed to remove the odour associated with dog urine. This is a good choice in this situation when the urine and the cause of the odour is old or been there for a while. Follow the directions for use on the product and keep in mind that It may require a few treatments, and applying it directly to the grout but hopefully this will help the problem.
