How to place an order online

How do I place an online order with your company?

Placing an order with vet-n-pet DIRECT is simple.

Simply use the category headings at the top of our shopping pages to locate the product/s you are after or use the search function located at the top of each page. When you find an item you are interested in, click on ‘See Details’ which will take you to the detailed product information page. The detailed product information page provides more information on the product and allows you choose various options for the product such as colour and/or pack size where applicable. The price displayed for the item will change according to the option/s selected. When you have selected the appropriate options, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on ‘Add to Cart’. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at anytime by clicking ‘View Cart’ at the top of the page.

If you are shopping with us for the first time then you can choose to register as a new customer. Please click on the sign up tab at the very top right hand side of the screen and follow the prompts for a new customer. For returning customers please click on the sign up tab at the very top right hand side of the screen and follow the prompts for returning customer.
