Shipping Information for Australian Orders.

Free Shipping is available to most major metro areas within Australia for orders over $99 but weight limits apply which vary by area. For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order and your postcode.

We have a shipping estimator in our shopping cart. To see what it will cost to ship your order, simply add the item/s you are interested to your shopping cart. You don’t need to log in or register to be able to see the shipping estimate for your postcode.

Pick Up or Collection of orders is permitted from our Jimboomba warehouse. These orders still need to be placed ahead of time online and you will receive a SMS message from us when your order is ready to collect.

Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed (and sometimes even the same day you place the order). If there is a delay in the products you have ordered we will advise you as soon as possible via email and we will continue to keep you informed on the order progress.

Orders for Australian customers are dispatched via Australia Post’s e-Parcel service or a variety of couriers. All methods provide tracking information for your parcel and by default also require a signature on delivery.

Delivery time will depend on where you are, in relation to our warehouse as we are based in Jimboomba, South East Queensland. The following are estimated delivery times via standard shipping, once your order has been fulfilled and left our warehouse. These are only estimates and are dependent on mail services in your area.

Local/Brisbane Area: 1-2 business days
South East Queensland: 2-3 business days
North & West Queensland: 3-4 business days
Sydney: 2-3 business days
New South Wales: 3-4 business days
Melbourne: 3-4 business days
Victoria: 4-5 business days
South Australia: 4-5 business days
Tasmania: up to 7 business days
Western Australia: 10-14 business days
Northern Territory: 10-14 business days

Express Post is also available for orders in Australia at additional cost. Please note that not all areas are in overnight Express Post delivery areas.

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and your postcode. 

Product shipping weights may be different to the net weight of an individual products contents. Shipping weight includes the net weight of the product and any associated packing material such as boxes, plastic containers, void fill etc.

The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout prior to you submitting any payment information.
