My bird is losing his feathers, any idea what might be causing this?
The cause of your bird losing its feathers might be that he is going through a Moult. This is a common and necessary process where birds loose their old and damaged feathers and replace them with new ones. If he is not going through a moult it could be caused by illness, parasites or even stress. If you don’t think it is a moult and you are concerned please take him to a vet to rule out parasites or illness.
